ESCI 700 - Advanced Data Analysis in Environmental Sciences

This course will cover topics most relevant to practitioners in environmental science fields, including basics of machine learning, generalized linear models and mixed models, bootstrapping, time series data, spatial data visualization and analysis, and distance metrics and ordination. Students will also learn the best way to analyze the data from their capstone projects.
