Minor requirements
The minor in African, African American, Diaspora Studies accommodates those students who recognize the importance of Africa and the African disapora in world history, the arts, politics, economics, and other areas of studies. The minor requires taking five credits, one of which must be focused on the continent of Africa and is marked with an asterisk (*), and one of which is a course at the 300-level.
