MGMT 398 - Managerial Accounting

Managerial accounting focuses on the information used by internal financial statement users, those inside an organization, to help them develop business strategies. This course will introduce the accounting processes and reports used by management in evaluating progress towards meeting company goals. Management requires financial information that provides detailed analysis of a company’s day-to-day operations, so that they can make informed short-term and long-term decisions.
