PHYS 235 - Modern Physics II A continuation of PHYS 225 Modern Physics , this course presents the ideas of quantum mechanics, and applies them to systems such as the hydrogen atom, many-electron atoms, and molecules, systems with many particles, with applications to gases and solids, and solid state systems, semiconductor devices and superconductivity.
Prerequisites PHYS 225 Modern Physics and MATH 104 Calculus II
