POLS 211 - Congress and the Legislative Process An analysis of who gets elected to the House of Representatives and the Senate, how they get elected and what they do once in office. Topics covered include: elections, constituencies, party organizations, committees, rules and norms, interest groups, executive liaison, policy outcomes and the impact of reforms.
