HISP 318 - The Literary Identities of Latin America Through a close reading of major authors, and themes of Spanish American Literature from the Early Modern Period to the present, this course seeks answers to the open question of what is a Latin American Literary Identity. Students are expected to engage in close reading and discussion of texts, as well as to revise their papers. The course is conducted in Spanish and all reading and writing for the course is also done in Spanish.
Prerequisites HISP 240 or HISP 280 or Permission of Instructor
