EDUC 030 - Leadership Models and Practice This course explores leadership models and current day practices and apply them directly to personal leadership ideas and experiences on campus and beyond. It aims to assist students in understanding and critiquing how some leadership models can influence leadership in a variety of contexts. Students are challenged to understand both historical and contemporary models, and as a consequence of these models and theories apply them to modern images of leaders and leadership in today’s society. The course culminates with students creating their own model as a capstone of this course through personal reflection, class materials, research and discussion.
Prerequisites Open to Seniors, Juniors and Sophomores
