FYE 101 - Between Good and Evil This First Year Experience links two disciplines, philosophy and psychology. The courses—”What is the Good Life?” and “The Social Psychology of Good and Evil,” examine the nature and meaning of these foundational concepts. The courses will study real-world examples of individuals who embody the questions that are urgent for us. Using a range of historical, contemporary, fictional, and scientific texts, this FYE empowers students to critically evaluate the phenomena denoted by the concepts and to engage in reflections, activities, and practices that, individually and jointly, make a difference in our lives
