POLS 291 - Judicial Politics Judicial Politics uses a political science approach to study law and courts. In contrast to the close reading of court cases in other law classes, this course will examine courts as political institutions and judges as political actors. This class includes an exploration of the foundations of courts, comparative legal systems and an emphasis on American judicial politics.
