MGMT 330 - Human Resource Management This course introduces the role of human resource management (HRM) as a strategic partner in the organization’s business success. The course provides students with a theoretical background in best practices and processes used in many organizations. Additionally students will explore what are considered high impact human resource practices and assess how these practices contribute to an organization’s overall effectiveness as well as how they impact attracting new employees, and motivating and retaining existing employees in the organization.
Prerequisites Any Statistics course and (PSY 101 or MGMT 320 or SOC 101 or SOC 215 or SOC 245)
