SOC 210 - Inequality and Social Justice In this course we examine the social structures and practices that perpetuate inequality, as well as examine the consequences that inequality has on human and social development. We focus on the social categories of class, race/ethnicity, gender and sexuality. Specific topics explored will include inequality and its relationship to social justice in the areas of crime/criminal justice, health, and the environment.
