GER 202 - Intermediate German II The course aims to increase students’ proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking while helping students gain comfort in extended discourse in German. A variety of student-centered activities are designed to improve their understanding and active use of the language. Literary and non-literary texts emphasize authentic cultural contexts. Some of the major themes include the Faustian motif, the German Fairy Tale, Fascism and Resistance, Migration and Immigration, German Business and Environmentalism.
