PHYS 181 - Enhanced Introductory Physics II

An enhanced version of PHYS 171 for students with previous experience in Calculus I. Taken concurrently with PHYS171. In addition to completing the requirements for PHYS171, students in PHYS181 meet the instructor for one extra hour each week, where they explore selected topics from PHYS171 in greater depth. PHYS181 will also be assigned additional homework exercises each week. Strongly recommended for students planning to major in physics or who are interested in the dual degree engineering program. Extra time commitment is approximately 3 hours per week.
