ARTH 401 - History of Art Senior Seminar

The course is a required capstone experience for senior majors. It provides an in-depth engagement with the art historical skills of primary research, object analysis, using historical evidence, and situating visual expression in cultural and intellectual contexts. The specific area of inquiry is developed each year by the faculty member teaching the seminar.
